Dreams drive us up to another universe. Sometimes they happen to be sweet dreams, sometimes nightmares. 

There is nothing better and more relaxing than going to your cozy bad after a long day. 

Sleeping is perfect, then dreams happen. 

Sometimes dreaming can be enjoyable and sweet, that good that you want to live in that imagination of yours. Dreams are some sort of hallucinations that happen to us while we sleep. 

Those hallucinations never happen without a reason. Every dream that you ever saw, there was a reason why you experienced it. 

Anyways, dreaming can also be terrifying. Some of them happen to be nightmares, and many people even experience sleep paralysis afterward. It can be scary and unpleasant. 

Having Sweet Dreams: 

Sweet dreams are infrequent. This is because people see dreams when they are exhausted, sick, or stressed. In such cases, dreams do not appear to us as nice and sweet ones. They happen to be either nonsense or bad dreams. But, sweet dreams as they are rare, they must be unique. Sweet dreaming can be about something you want to have. It can also be about someone you want to see, or you miss. Seeing yourself or your beloved in better condition, dreams that make us feel happier. 

Think about the times you woke up and said, I wish I could sleep longer because of that dream.

These are the sweet dreams I am talking about, and we want to experience them. The dreams you want to continue your sleep, even though you are already awake because you want to keep feeling that feeling. That sweet dream, yeah!

We see sweet dreams once in a while, wanting them to last more than a while.

Having Nightmares: 

When talking about dreams we sure talk about bad dreams and nightmares. No one wants to have them, but they are the most common dreams that we all happen to have. Bad dreams visit us more often than any other dream, including nonsense dreams. The dreams that make no reasonable ending or beginning or have no explanation, we do not know why we saw that particular dream, and somehow we feel the need for clarification of it. As much as we try, of course, it will remain the same again, you will find no reasons anyways.

Nightmares are always terrifying and very scary. Everyone who experiences those bad dreams wakes up stressed, scared, and they find it hard to know if they are back in reality. 

Bad dreams happen to us after we have not been treating ourselves well. Working up late, not eating and drinking correctly, dealing with too many things at the same time, etc. 

Some people experience sleep paralysis after seeing nightmares. At this part, they find it difficult to accept the fact that they had a bad dream, and now they are waking up from that. 

 Dreams, after all, sweet or nightmares, are the ones that drive us to another life dimension. And sometimes they happen to be the journey we just need to see.
