Hello from the inside, how are you doing?
It has been a while since we had a coffee, a wine, or a beer. I miss it, and I know so do you. I believe all of us miss the air that we cut while we are running to catch whatever we are late for.
It hasn’t been a very long time, but enough time.
Pandemic time. What happens to the extraverts? How are you bracing yourselves?
The introverts must have their difficult times, too; they are home with too many people probably.
It is problematic to adapt ourselves to isolation.
Hello from the inside
How many times per day did you want to break the rules and go out and have some fresh air?
You were not giving a damn about the virus, because you feel like you will invent a new virus while being isolated. The monotony is hugging all of you pretty tight, and it is obvious.
Staying inside but safe is not that bad, but it is dangerous for our mental condition, and we all agree.
Self-isolation is affecting every single one of us, in many different ways, bringing us up to a point, super bored.
For some people, it is hard to cope with everything and move on with life as if nothing happened. Just stay home, and that is your part. For some people, isolation was the hardest thing to do; its like to prison them, even though it is for their safety. They do understand it, but they fight every single day with themselves during this pandemic day, to understand the fact they have to stay inside.
It is normal to feel a little bit down
Are you feeling like a sort of lousy emotion such as a light depression is getting into you?
It is all normal.
Some of us have already finished all of the challenges, or games or books left inside the house. We are out of any other idea to go with the day. For some others, even Netflix is over, and there is nothing more to watch. And believe me, that is true.
It is normal to feel weird and a little confused about what we are going through. Even if that feels like a bad feeling such as depression is. The important thing is that you fight towards it, and you do not let it win.
Be the best friend of yours, if needed. Be your psychologist, and have a friendly therapy with yourself. Write down this page of a different chapter of your life, and then color it.
It is normal to feel down sometimes, but only occasionally because you are the strongest one.
You can do it, stay safe, healthy, and inside.
