Black Lives Matter and “I Can’t Breathe” are the most important words after the death of George Floyd.

It is unbelievable that people are still choosing other people by their colors. Not only deciding who to hang around but also determining who to live and not. People have misunderstood their role in this life, and it is getting pretty dangerous living on a planet like this.
It is painful what happened to Floyd, and many other cases of I can’t breathe. Racism killed more dreams than anything else would.

All around the world, we deal with racism and white people privilege, which is nonsense and unnecessary.
Being a racist is believing that someone has different behavior according to their physical appearance. In this case, according to their skin color.
There is an enormous number of people that have lost their lives only because of their different skin colors. And is very concerning.
Meanwhile, there exists a white people privilege term that should not be exciting in the first place. It benefits white people over nonwhite people in some societies.

Black Lives Matter – I Can’t Breathe

On May 25, 2020, George Floyd, a black man, died after a white police officer Derek Chauvin knit on his neck. Meanwhile, Floyd was already arrested and face down on the street.

“I can’t breathe” were the last words of George Floyd as he was begging for his life. He repeated those words 16 times. The police officer ignored the fact that he had no pulse and did not remove his knee from Floyd’s neck.
What else was shocking is that police claimed that Floyd had resisted the arrest. But there were security camera footage and videos that witnessed the opposite of it.
George Floyd’s death triggered demonstrations and protests in more than 75 US cities and around the world. Demonstrations and protests were against police brutality, racism, and lack of accountability.

While many demonstrations have been peaceful, some of them ended up being violent.
While we remembered that this was not the first “I Can’t Breathe” case, we remember Eric Garner. Another black man who was killed in 2014 during an arrest for illicitly selling cigarettes. The same as Floyd repeated, “I Can’t Breathe,” while a police officer applied a fatal chokehold. Another “I Can’t Breathe” is the case of David Smith in 2010.

Black Lives Matter – the human rights movement.
“I Can’t Breathe” – a slogan of BLM.

Black Lives Matter is an international human rights movement that campaigns against black people’s violence and racism.
“I Can’t Breathe” has sadly become a slogan associated with the Black Lives Matter movement in the US.
An original slogan said by the victims of racism.

You can not choose the life which was given to you, and you can not choose your skin color. But, you surely can choose to be kind and friendly to anyone in this world that breathes. Let people breathe the air that was not meant to be just for you. No one is stealing your air.
Do not destroy someone’s future, someone’s life.

You can not judge what God created, and you can not say that his creation is a mistake. Black people must have the same rights as you as a white one. Black lives matter as much as yours, but you don’t seem to understand.  Stand up, speak up, let your voice be heard because you can’t breathe.

Some wanted to change the “Black lives matter” into “All lives matter,” but they were never threatened by death as black people are every day.
Being a racist does not put anything in order; it brings hate and division in people’s lives. Don’t steal other’s lives, dreams, and future.
