Stages of a breakup are the ones that can either make you stronger for your future single or worsen the situation. It is essential to know that breakups happen for a reason, and that is not happiness.
People will forever live with the fear of not being a match with their partners forever. Nobody can have the entirety of happiness. We are only served pieces of it.
There are some stages that people go during their breakups:
Desperate for Answers
What went wrong? This is the most common question that people keep asking themselves after a breakup. Following questioning themselves if they were kind enough, or if they deserve such a thing.
While going through stages of a breakup, this is the first stage that can make us look desperate, and it is not suitable for our health. Anyways we should let ourselves freely go through every step if we want to get over it.
Denial
You don’t want to accept a world without your partner. Better to say without your ex.
You keep believing there will be a healthy future on your relationship that came to an end.
Sadness will lead you to the position that you are not able to understand, or you won’t admit that you guys broke up.
Relapse
Because the pain is so intolerable, you may be able to convince your ex to try again. You will temporarily relieve the agony of withdrawal. However, despite your best efforts, you will not be able to carry the relationship solo. I’m sorry to say, and it probably won’t end well this time, either. Unfortunately, you may need to go through this process of breaking up and reconciling more than once before you’re convinced it’s time to let go.
Anger
You will start to change. This change sometimes brings anger. Some people will use this anger to create another opinion for a specific person. Sadly this anger only damages our feelings and health. The anger that we feel after we end a relationship can make us make silly things and make wrong decisions.
Be careful about stages of a breakup, the anger that you might experience can hurt your feelings.
Hope
Hope is what keeps us daydreaming. After a breakup, people usually use their hope. And this makes them reject taking care of themselves. Hope is a feeling that should always follow you, even if you feel like there is nothing more to be changed for better.
Hope should remain your best confidence booster.
Stages of breakups are different from one another. No relationship can give you the exact same feelings as the other one, so they are not the same.
